We are sought-after for our expertise in high speed, commuter, intercity, metro and light rail.\u00a0We are committed to designing and delivering secure, efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions with a devotion to the passenger experience, safety and reducing environmental impact. <\/p><p> We\u2019re looking for a new <b> Director of Marketing and Communications <\/b> on our corporate team to help drive the objectives and challenges our valued clients have trusted us to solve for them. <\/p><p> As a SYSTRA US <b> Director of Marketing and Communications <\/b> , you will join a world-class team of high-performing engineers, designers, drafters and others who work collectively to ensure client projects continue to thrive while remaining on track and budget. <p><\/p> Duties and Responsibilities: <ul><li> Oversee, mentor and grow a group of infrastructure marketing and proposal experts that are responsible for development of compliant, competitive, cogent and compelling proposals through effective collaboration across teams that include internal staff, business partners, consultants and supporting vendors <\/li><li> Ensure that SYSTRA\u2019s overall processes and procedures for RFI, RFQ, RFPs, proposal schedules and other bid documents are sound, efficient and adaptable to different client and situational needs <\/li><li> Ensure that SYSTRA\u2019s strategic growth and communications plan creates a culture of growth and problem solving for multiple types of end users <\/li><li> Manage the overall proposal development process to create a winning culture that provides world class presentations of proposed solutions for our future and current clients challenges and needs <\/li><li> Develop internal and external marketing programs, processes and practices that keep the SYSTRA brand present and top of mind for a multitude of marketing applications and activities <\/li><li> Create annual plans and execution schedules for internal and external marketing campaigns for a plethora of subjects and audiences <\/li><li> Be responsible for creating marketing and public relation reactions to market events and SYSTRA company developments that need to be communicated internally or externally <\/li><\/ul><p> Does this seem like an opportunity that you can be all aboard with in your career?
