Objectives: <\/b>
Based on the Brand\/Functional plan, develop and execute MSL Action Plan through scientific interaction
and connect to evidence generation and collectively, as member of GMA, work to make a remarkable impact
on patient care <\/p>
Major Responsibilities: <\/b>
1.KEE management
\u30fbCultivate and develop scientific engagement with Medical Target KEEs
\u30fbUnderstanding the needs of developing strategic KEE interaction planning,
develop the strategic interaction plan appropriately
\u30fbCultivate and maintain relationships with KEEs prior to product launch\u3000through Multi-channel communication plan with KEEs
\u30fbProvide scientific information and have a discussion with EELs
\u30fbProvide accurate TA knowledge and scientific message to KEEs (non-product)
\u30fbGain DPOs through scientific discussions <\/p>
2.Coordinate Investigator Initiated Study (IIS) following new SOP (Contract-Based IIS)
\u30fbGet information of IIS plan with AbbVie products and may proceed further AbbVie process
with limited support
\u30fbUnderstanding the IIS process,
\u30fbTake a role of SME in proceeding the IIS process
\u30fbSupport other departments in scientific point of view
\u30fbProvide scientific information <\/p>
3.Active participation and effective communication for product maximization cross functionally
\u30fbUnderstand Brand Plan and Medical Plan for execution in the field
\u30fbProvide feedback from the field after implementation of the functional plan
\u30fbIdentify appropriate KEEs for tactical action in Medical plan by understanding the target KEE's profile,
treatment policy and\/or his\/her point of view <\/p>
4.One R&D collaboration (as needed)
\u30fbUnderstand the local action plan and its objectives to support clinical development
\u30fbCollaborate with Clinical Development in-field team to accelerate enrollment through scientific interaction <\/p>
5.Team Management
\u30fbBy understanding TA\/ Team policy, contribute to the team management incollaboration with MSL Manager
\u30fbSupport peer MSLs who have relatively less experience <\/p>
6.iFTE playbook understanding & execution
\u30fbUnderstand the Medical and other key stakeholders' actions including Commercial in iFTE playbook
and execute accordingly
\u30fbCollaborate in-field as one team and support other team members in Medical <\/p> \u8cc7\u683c

Essential Skills & Abilities\/Education: <\/b>
\u30fbMust have an undergraduate degree in science or pharmacology
\u30fbMasters in Science or PhD preferred
\u30fbExperience in Pharmaceutical industry in Clinical Development, Safety department or
research experience more than 3 years
\u30fbAffluent and accurate senses about pharmaceutical market
\u30fbDrive for Results
\u30fbStrong human relationship with people outside (especially KEE)
\u30fbHigh reputation among people inside and outside
\u30fbCorrect expression of view as to right or wrong of things
